We process all orders, where possible, on the day of purchase. The vast majority of items will be delivered the following working day, but please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. We deliver to the UK only. Payment: We accept payment by Credit Card, Cheques, Bank Transfer, and Cash (by registered post and at your own deiscretion). Deliveries Costs And Exceptions: Carriage costs vary depending on the weight of the items you have purchased and are displayed in checkout. Generally, accessories incur no extra carriage if ordered with a 'main' item. For example, you can add cushions, parasols, weather covers, etc and only pay the carriage for the main item. We use a courier (not Royal Mail) and all our carriage prices include delivery to mainland UK except the following post codes: AB31 and above, GY, HS, IM, IV1 and above, JE, KA27, KA28, KW1 and above, PA20 and above, PH4 and above, BT, ZE. If you require delivery to any of these post codes, Nothern Ireland, Irish Republic, the Channel Islands, or the Isles of Scilly, please contact us for an accurate delivery cost. Deliveries to the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight, please add £10 to the delivery cost. You are more than welcome to collect from us by prior arrangement. We are in Stoke on Trent and there is no charge for collections. Packaging: At Hayes Online, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, please contact us immediately and we will make the necessary arrangements. Overseas Deliveries: We regret we cannot deliver outside the UK. Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund delivery costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost or damaged that have been packed correctly are always insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms on your behalf to achieve a satisfactory outcome. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware we may require your assistance to substantiate the claim for loss or damage.
